Part 1: The Dyer clan invades Idar-Oberstein, Germany
The prep before the 8 hour flight...parents getting situated in 1st class.
Papa Dyer can sleep anywhere and be sound asleep...
Meredith...obviously excited to be in comfy seats with tons of legroom, not to mention her own personal entertainment system.
Downtown Idar-Oberstein. Lots of good bakeries and restaurants down this street.
Walking back to our apartment from downtown. Luckily our place is only a couple of blocks away.
Jon - excited to be a 'real man' and have some tools. Thanks go to the Dyer clan for bringing them over.

Jon's always looking at different ways of making some money...apparently the idea of cashing in on my 'accidental fall over a castle wall' was a little tempting this day :)

Haha...sorry Mer...I just had to put this picture in here. A little background for this pic. Mer had a difficult time adjusting to the time difference (we're 8 hrs ahead of MST and 6 hrs ahead of EST). So one day Papa Dyer comes into the kitchen and told me he had to show me something funny. Lo and behold, Mer was fast asleep at 2pm with her face mask and in a sleeping bag. It was too good of a photo to pass up. Love ya Mer.

Thanks for finally updating!! We loved the pics, it looks like the fam had a great time. Everything looks so beautiful. Nate finds out his aircraft next week and then he'll be on hold for a few months. We hope to fit some travel in then. Glad to see you guys are doing well. Love you, Jaimie, Nate, and Aiden.
